                               RESOLUTION NO. 20923
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
                  EXISTING CONTRACT WITH SIGNAL DESIGN GROUP,
                  INC., RELATIVE TO THE BESSIE SMITH HALL
                  PROJECT, SO AS TO INCREASE SAID CONTRACT BY
                  TWO HUNDRED FIVE AND 46/100 DOLLARS ($205.46).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 

       amendment to the existing contract with Signal Design Group, 
Inc.,
       relative to the Bessie Smith Hall Project, so as to increase said 

       contract by $205.46, for a revised total contract price of
       $13,080.96.
